Until now, we still don't know how Lara Croft's past was in the Tomb Raider series. We only know that his father was a reliable explorer who was later followed by the son. Square Enix took the basis of that obscurity to be the story foundation of Tomb Raider 2013 which is a reboot series.

First, they changed the design of Lara Croft from a very Angelina Jolie once to a completely different person. Her age is also much younger where the 2013 Tomb Raider version of Lara is a teenager. Square Enix also changed Lara Croft's trademark in the rebooted version.

Secondly, they changed the gameplay of Tomb Raider from platformer-action to full action where the combat became the more highlighted in addition to breaking puzzles and jumping platforms here and there like the previous games. Indeed, Square Enix and Eidos did not remove the puzzle and platformer elements but turned them into new forms.

As an action game, Tomb Raider with Unreal Engine 5 for Android manages to present a lot of tense moments. All of these tense moments are executed just right and not overspending. There wasn't a single tense moment in Tomb Raider that felt forced. Although Lara was considered too unlucky in this game because she had to fall into difficulties many times, but everything felt naturally executed.
